White Chocolate Decadence - Chocolate Caramel Apple. We start with a crisp apple, submerge it in a blanket of rich creamy caramel, smother it with a double coat of decadent Callebaut Belgian white chocolate, cover it with white chocolate chips then drizzle more white chocolate over it! Unlike other makers of chocolate apples we believe a chocolate apple should have a thick, delicious layer of creamy caramel and triple thick layer of chocolate rather than using oversized apples and a thin layer of caramel and chocolate.
